The hotel is beautifully restored and well-maintained with competent employees on check-out. The location is perfect and comfortable, next to beach. Btw, it's set in Playa de las Canteras district near all the restaurants and shops, the sea front and good bars, restaurants, beach, buses. This is a venue go-to for Las Palmas de Gran Canaria!

Found in the very very nice area adjacent to so many good restaurants in the city, all the restaurants and shops, and where there are sun beds to rent.
